We are not in the business of
selling or giving out your information. Any information you
give JMW / Incense of the World will not be sold or given away
for any reason. Your privacy is important to us as well as it
is to you. We use no other service to process our orders but
you credit card bank, all orders go directly to

(I.E. Credit Card Verification Service other than your card
bank) for we do this ourselves for your protection.
The only exception
to this is those that try and commit fraud by credit card or
check. This information will be given to the authorities and
any others agency that we deem necessary to collect from those
that think they can steal on the Internet.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if not satisfied with
our products. All
returns must be returned within 21 days of delivery. A 20% restocking
fee will be deducted with all returns. No refund on shipping
charges. Product must be in the same condition as it was when
shipped ( no price tags, etc.)
If you are not
happy with our products just
and request a return code (all refunds must have a this code).
Damaged products
will be replaced at no expense to you. Proof of damage can be
obtained through USPS or UPS.

that page before you move to the next product line or go to
"Checkout Stand". When you Add To Cart you also go to your cart
to see what you have ordered up to that time. You can then choose
a new page from the left, go to "Checkout Stand" or
The "View Modify Cart" will allow
you to "Change Quantity" or "Delete Items" if you change your
mind or make a mistake.
After You go to the "Checkout
Stand" and fill in the information needed you will send this
on our "SECURE SERVER" and it goes
directly to JMW \ Incense of the World for your protection.
After you submit on our
SECURE SERVER
look at the bottom of the next page to see that " Your Order
Has Been Sent"
