Thank you for registering with Incense of the World. Please check
all information on orders and save the message within your mailer and or
print it out and file in a place you can find (you will need your
Customer ID on all Orders and inquiries by EMail, Phone or Mail).

The online catalog is complete and has a SECURE checkout
but if for some reason you would like a printed price list go to

Your Customer ID number, Email address and Method of Payment
is all you need to when ordering online.
($50.00 Minimum U.S., $100.00 Foreign ).
All new Foreign order will be paid by Pay Pal or Bank Draft.
After sending your order. Incense of the World will then process
your order, add shipping and handling and Email you back will
totals (usually within one or two working day). Shipping is usually
within 5 to 10 working days after payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Actual shipping charges plus $2.00 handling. Most orders of $50.00 average $5.78 except for bath salts which run a little more..

10 pounds  $ 7.16 total S&H
50 pounds  $ 17.47  total S&H
200 pounds $ 67.20  total S&H

TERMS

1. Minimum order is $50.00 U.S. and $100.00 Foreign (all payments in U.S.
    Funds). Shipping & Handling will be added to every order.

2. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted.
    We will need the following information.
    (A). Name as it appears on the card.
    (B). Credit Card Account Number.
    (C). Complete address that the card was registered to.

3. When Mailing in Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check.
   Orders using checks will be held until clearing ($25.00 Return Check Charge).
   After you receive your total with shipping print out that page and mail with payment.
   Writing a bad check can be a violation of Federal Interstate Commerce Law.

4. COD's orders; Sorry No COD orders outside the continuous 48 states. All COD
   orders must be paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order upon delivery
   (until notified). If you ever refusing a COD for any reason other
   than damaged no COD will go to that address, name, company, again.
   (min. COD charge added $7.00).
   Warning "The writing of a bad check for COD order is a Federal Offense
    of the Interstate Commerce Law"
    ** 20% Deposit on all COD orders over $150.00 for new customers **

5. Credit may be established after 6 months of continuous business. After
    this period you may request an application for credit. Applications take
    4-6 weeks to process. Orders Will Not Be Shipped If Account Is Pass Due.

6. All graphics, pages and any other information within the site is Copyrighted
    by the Web Master or Artist of that product.

7. Any information you send us will not be sold or given out in any way.

8. Returns are only accepted if not satisfied with our products. All returns
    must be returned within 21 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be
   deducted with all returns. No refund on shipping charges. Product must be
   in the same condition as it was when shipped ( no price tags, etc. etc.).

9. We do not give away samples. For Samples; Order From The Retail Site.
    Put your Customer ID in any field and we may give a discount if your
    order is large enough.

10. Check your shipping address and/or address for shipping. Anyone that
      enters the wrong address and UPS must redirect  will be charged a $6.00 charge
      for each package shipped.

Extra note:

We can not give you a tracking number until your order is shipped. UPS tracking numbers are created when a shipping label is created.

We work very hard at keeping a quality product for our customers and this means much of the product that customers order is made when you place an order. This keeps product off the self and fresh to you. This is the reason we have 5 to 10 working days for shipping.
